His answer was that it would be ECONOMIC SUICIDE for Virginia because businesses would simply move out of Virginia for non-cap & trade states.
If Democrats can admit that a state by state program would only drive industry to the non cap & tax states why can’t they understand that we are part of a bigger world then 50 states and industry will vacate the USA taking the jobs with them if we impose a carbon tax on energy???
