can i have Georgia License plates if i own a house in Georgia but live in California?
Currently i live about 45 minutes out of San Francisco, CA. I moved here from Georgia in late August. I bought the house i live in in California, but i have decided to keep my Georgia house as well for now because of the current real estate in Georgia is bad and i would be losing money if i sold. I plan on keeping my Georgia house because i travel to GA often (about 10-15 days a month for business) so i will live in that house verses staying at a hotel room. But i recently got my CA license plates and they require front license plates… I don’t have the front bracket for my car, i think it will make the car less attractive. Can i register my car in Georgia since i own a house there? The taxes in GA are cheap too. As for emission tests, they won’t be an issue because i lease my cars for 24 month periods… Can i get ticketed for living in CA with GA registration (i know it is ok if im visiting, but if the cops see my car often)
