What is the best way to buy land?
My husband and I are planning to buy some land and put a modular home on it, but we’re not sure how to find land. I’ve been told that looking in the paper and at real estate booklets will end up costing us more money and that we should just put the word out there that we want to buy some land and hope that someone tells us! Is this true? We live in Western PA, in the country, where people have lots of land, but don’t want to sell.
1st buy a house, then tear it down and *poof* you have land
