Advice for getting into real-estate?
I am 15 years old and in grade 11. I plan on entering real estate in California. My father is in real estate and I currently live in Ontario, Canada
The questions I have are:
1) Where in California is real-estate the “hottest” (the best)?
2) What clubs or jobs or extracurricular activities should I join that would help me in real-estate?
3) What courses should I take after high school?
4) Should i have a different job before entering real-estate?
5) Is real-estate in California really good?
6) Should I read certain books or should I have certain personality traits that would help me with real-estate?
